Our Process

HiDiNeu designs optimized cell culture media in weeks—not years. We start with your cell type and desired outcome. HiDiNeu maps hundreds of possible ingredient combinations and strategically selects an initial set of formulations for lab testing. Performance data feeds back into the algorithm, which learns, evolves, and generates improved candidates. Within as few as 26 days, we deliver 5-10 top-performing formulations, each generating new IP.

  • Our first AI‑optimized formulation, BIQ-001, was developed using the HDDE algorithm—the precursor to HiDiNeu. It outperforms leading commercial R&D media across multiple measures of cardiomyocyte maturity (morphology, marker expression, metabolic shift, electrophysiology). The formulation is exclusively licensed to Axol Bioscience and is now available as MyoMax™ for research use.

Cell Therapy

  • Building on BIQ‑001, we are using HiDiNeu to design a next‑generation, chemically defined medium that produces human pluripotent stem cell‑derived cardiomyocytes (hPSC‑CMs) mature enough for safe, effective transplantation. This GMP‑compatible formulation will enable cell therapy companies to remuscularize damaged hearts without the risk of arrhythmias. Top‑hit formulations are expected by late 2027.
